The Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) is an online form that estate and letting agents can send to prospective clients who wish to sell or let their property. It requests pertinent information about the property from the owner, which is called ‘Material Information’.
A link to the form is shared with a prospective client for them to fill out, and upon submission, a PDF with their answers will be sent to the owner and the agent from the email address of '[email protected]'.
