Employees - Resetting your password

To reset your SME Professional password:

  1. Go to Admin > My details

  2. Click on User settings

  3. Locate the Change password section

  4. Populate your current password

  5. Click on the circular arrows icon - this will generate a new password

  6. Take note of the password. (If you wish to copy the password, please select the copy icon or triple-click on the password text to highlight it.)

  7. Click Update password

This action will log you out of the system and require you to log in with your new password.

Please note, to reset your password this way, you need to be logged in to SME Professional. If you are not logged in, please click here to reset your password.
