SME Professional has a new integration with automated social media tool auto.social.
auto.social allows users to create impactful and attractive social media posts for Facebook and Instagram using more than 50 custom-branded templates. Whether it is promoting newly-listed properties, free valuations or mortgage advice, users can choose the time and frequency of their social media posts and achieve consistent results using automated features.
Maintenance reporting
A new 'Maintenance reports' export is available within the 'Property management' section on Admin > Exports.
Users can view maintenance items created, closed or created/closed within a selected date range. This is a fantastic new report to help track the efficiency of maintenance repairs or to analyse types of remedial work being undertaken.
Updates to the Viewing appointment form
'Reported by' and 'Assigned to' fields have been added to the Viewing appointment form (shown below).
The 'Reported by' field on both the 'Add viewing' and 'Add viewing appointment' forms default to the logged-in user.
Updating viewing time
When a viewing time is changed, any viewer with the same start time as the viewing will have their time automatically updated. Previously, users would confirm with the viewer first.
If there are viewers with times staggered through the viewing period, a message will be displayed on these occasions to advise the user that they should confirm a new time with the viewers.
Opening property overview/record in a new tab
On the pages below, an update has been made so that clicking on the overview icon or property address opens the property overview/record in a new tab.

This allows users to keep their original tab open with any filters that were set, so they can easily pick up from where they left off. Please note rather than clicking on the back button, users should close the new tab to avoid having too many tabs open.

View available properties page update (Sales)
The Sales properties > View available properties page now defaults to show only available properties. Properties with an accepted offer can be viewed using the 'Filter by offer status' dropdown or by navigating to the 'View sales progression' page.
Sales report updates (Sales)
We have released updates to the 'Export property report (overview)' and 'Export property sales report' (available on Sales properties > Reports). Now the 'Net sales' figure includes the previously accepted offer if an offer was accepted and withdrawn within the same month.
'Export property report (overview)' changes:
The 'Sales' section now includes previously accepted offers (including those that have been rejected or withdrawn) that had an accepted date within the selected date range.
A new 'Rejections' section has been added, which displays the number of accepted offers that were rejected within the date range and the total fees associated with this.
The 'Net sales' section has been updated to equal 'Sales' minus 'Fall throughs' minus 'Rejections'.
'Export property sales report' changes:
This report now displays all offers with an accepted date within the selected date range, even if they have since been withdrawn/rejected.
A 'Status' column has been added, which shows each offer's current status.
