Export property report (overview)

Export provides an overview of the sales numbers for the required period. This includes the number of appraisals, instructions, viewings, sales (incl fees), fall throughs (incl. fees), rejections (incl fees), exchanges (incl fees), and the number in the pipeline and current stock (incl value and fees).

Export property instructions report

List of current properties that have been instructed during the specified period, along with their associated fee values.

Export property viewings report

List of properties that have had viewings take place during the required period, including the number of viewings and viewers.

Export property sales report

List of properties that have had offers accepted during the required period, including the accepted date, offer amount and any fees. Additionally, it tracks any accepted offers that have since been rejected or withdrawn.

Export property fall-through report

List of properties that have experienced sales fall-throughs during the specified time period, meaning those properties had offers accepted but were later rejected or withdrawn.

Export property exchanges report

List of properties that have had an exchange date agreed within the required time period. This is also populated when a property is set to “Contracts exchanged”. This also shows the accepted offer value and any fees.

Export property pipeline report

List of all properties with an accepted offer that have not yet been completed.

Export property stock report

List of all properties currently set to a marketable status.

Export potential buyers

List of all potential buyers added to the system within the required time period. This includes their matching criteria and their mortgage and finance information.

Export offers

A comprehensive list of all offers submitted within the specified timeframe, including their statuses and relevant dates.

Export user activity

Provides a report of each user’s activity within the required period by giving a numerical value. This includes viewings, buyers, and offers, among other fields.

Export owners - contact details for mailing systems

List of sales owner records, including those with enquiry or past client status, and their marketing consent.

Export potential buyers - contact details for mailing systems

List of all open potential buyer records, including their marketing consent, availability to buy status, reason for purchase, and financial status fields.
