On SME Professional, sales system data can be exported in two ways. Both methods allow sales information to be downloaded for analysis and reporting purposes.
1. Reports page
Our Reports page contains a list of pre-set exports that include various sales data.
Go to Sales properties > Reports
Select the required report
If applicable, set the required date range, then click Go
The report will be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet
Available reports
Report | Description |
Export property report (overview)
| Provides an overview of sales performance for the selected period. This includes appraisals, instructions, viewings, sales, fall-throughs, rejections, exchanges, pipeline properties, and current stock levels. Property values and associated fees are also included where applicable. |
Export property instructions report | Lists all properties instructed during the selected period, including associated fee values. |
Export property viewings report | Lists properties that have had viewings during the selected period, including the number of viewings and viewers. |
Export property sales report | Lists properties with accepted offers during the selected period. The report includes the accepted date, offer value, and associated fees. Any accepted offers that were subsequently rejected or withdrawn are also included. |
Export property fall-through report | Lists properties that experienced a sales fall-through during the selected period. These are properties for which an offer was accepted but later rejected or withdrawn. |
Export property exchanges report | Lists properties that had an exchange date agreed during the selected period. Properties marked as Contracts exchanged are also included. The report displays the accepted offer value and associated fees. |
Export property pipeline report | Lists all properties that have an accepted offer but have not yet completed. |
Export property stock report | Lists all properties currently in a marketable status. |
Export potential buyers | Lists all potential buyers created during the selected period. The report includes matching criteria, mortgage information, and financial details. |
Export offers | Provides a comprehensive list of all offers submitted during the selected period, including statuses and key dates. |
Export user activity | Provides a numerical summary of user activity during the selected period, including viewings, buyers, offers, and other tracked actions. |
Export owners - contact details for mailing systems | Lists sales owner records, including enquiry and past client records, together with marketing consent information. |
Export potential buyers - contact details for mailing systems | Lists all open potential buyer records, including marketing consent, availability to buy, purchase reason, and financial status. |
2. Individual pages
In addition to the pre-defined reports, data can be exported directly from most system pages.
The Export and Copy buttons are located to the right of the search field.
Selecting Export downloads the currently displayed data as a CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. Selecting Copy copies the currently displayed data to the clipboard, allowing it to be pasted into another application.
Note: To create a bespoke export that includes data from multiple exports, use an XLOOKUP in Excel.
