When adding a new inspection report to their system, users can set the next inspection date at the property by populating the Next inspection date field, as shown below.
Users can click the calendar icon to select this date manually or click the number of days button below this field to populate this field with a future date based on the number of days since the last inspection.

The number of days shown within this button can also be set within the property record. When adding an inspection report, this number will be displayed upon selecting the property within the Property dropdown menu.
To set this number within a property record, please follow the steps below;
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the property
In the Street column, click on the property address
In the Property address tab, populate the Next inspection interval overwrite (days) field
Click Update property
Note, the number set within the property record will override any default number of days set on your system.
