1. Arranging a property inspection

  1. Go to Lettings Properties > Inspections

  2. Locate the property this inspection is to be arranged for

  3. Click on the calendar icon within the Next inspection date column

  4. A pop-up panel will appear for you to enter details of the inspection ie Inspection type, date and time

  5. If this appointment is to be added onto your or your colleague's diary, tick the Add event to calendar check-box and select the name of the relevant calendar

  6. Click Submit

2. Informing the tenant(s)

  1. Click the envelope or phone icon under the Tenant informed column to generate a pre-populated email/text message which contains details of the next inspection

  2. When the tenant confirms that this date/time is suitable, click the tick icon within the Tenant confirmed column

Additional information

Latest inspection column: Shows the date in which the last inspection report was added to the system for this property. Please note this column will show the latest inspection for fully managed properties only.

Days since move-in column: Shows the number of days since the date of entry without an inspection. You can click on this column header to show all your properties that have not been inspected since their move in.

Days since last inspection column: Shows the number of days since the Latest inspection. Clicking on this column header will bring to the top the oldest outstanding inspections due.

Route: This column will show you if a property has been assigned to an inspection route. For more information on the route planning function, please click here.
