Inspections - Tracking overdue inspections

Updated over 7 months ago

In order to plan your next inspections you will need to know information about the number of days since the last inspection and/or the number of days since the tenant moved in. The system enables this to be easily viewed and monitored.

Firstly, go to Lettings Properties > Inspections. This page will list all of your fully managed properties and will provide you with a large amount of information regarding the property including:

  • the date the latest inspection was carried out

  • the date and time the next inspection is scheduled for

  • the number of days since the tenant moved in

  • the number of days since the last inspection

  • the inspection route number the property has been placed on (if applicable)

Note: For a Let only property to appear within the Inspections page, the Inspections by agent field within the Preferences tab of the property record must be set to Yes.

Viewing properties with overdue inspections

To order the list by most overdue inspection, simply click on the Days since last inspection column header twice to order the column. This will bring all the properties which have no inspection recorded to the top of the table which will be followed by the properties which have been the longest since they were last inspected.
