Viewing feedback - Adding contact/private notes

Users can log information related to contact attempts or private notes/feedback against a feedback item for internal reference.

  1. Go to Lettings properties > Viewings and select View > Viewing feedback or Sales properties > Sales viewing feedback

  2. Locate the relevant feedback item

  3. Click on the icon within the Contact/private notes column

  4. Populate the notes field as required

  5. Click Submit

The icon will turn orange, highlighting to the user that an internal note has been logged against this item. Hover over the icon to see the notes previously added.
