When feedback is sent to the owner through the system, the date on which the email is sent is recorded (users can also manually set this through the Feedback sent to owner column).

To track feedback that has not been sent to the owner, please follow the steps below:
Go to Lettings properties > Viewings and select View feedback or Sales properties > Sales viewing feedback
Update the filters as follows:
a. Feedback received = Select Received feedback
b. Owner sent feedback = Select Sent
The table will then update to display all items with feedback logged against them that do not have a date within the Feedback sent to the owner column.
