Please find below guidance on adding viewing feedback and sending feedback to the owner.
Go to Lettings properties > Viewings and select View feedback or Sales properties > Sales viewing feedback.
Locate the relevant viewer/property log.
Click on the icon within the Add/edit column.
Populate the fields as required.
Tick the Email feedback to owner checkbox.
Click Submit - a pre-populated email to the owner will open that contains details of the viewer's feedback. We recommend this email is reviewed before sending.
Once sent, the Feedback sent to owner column will be date stamped with the current date as a reference to when the feedback was sent to the owner.
If the feedback was provided to the owner in another format, users can record this by clicking on the tick icon within the Feedback sent to owner column.β
The viewing feedback page defaults to show only items that have not received any feedback. To view items that have had feedback logged against them, expand the Feedback received filter and select Received feedback.
