  1. In the top right-hand corner, click on the menu button (⋮), then Settings

  2. From the left sidebar, select Privacy and security

  3. Click on Site settings

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Pop-ups and redirects

  5. Under Default behaviour, ensure the Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects option is selected

Mozilla Firefox

  1. In the top right-hand corner, click on the menu button (), and then select Settings

  2. From the left sidebar, select Privacy & security

  3. Scroll down to the Permissions section and uncheck the Block pop-up windows option

Users can also add SME Professional as a website that is allowed to open pop-ups. To do so, click on the Exceptions button which is located next to the Block pop-up windows setting. If SME Professional is not showing as an allowed site, enter https://home.smelogin.co.uk in the Address of web site field and click on Allow.

Microsoft Edge
