Properties can be marked as Student let within SME Professional. This allows users to easily identify their student properties within SME Professional.
1. Updating the property record
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the required property
In the Street column, select the property address
Open the Property address tab
In the Type of let section, select Student let
2. Viewing Student let properties
2.1 View properties page
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Expand the Advanced search filter
In the Type of let column, select Student let
The View properties page will now only show properties with the Student let type within their property record
2.2 System exports
The type of let field is also displayed in system exports, such as the Properties and All Tenants exports.
