'Viewing feedback' page updates
Feedback received filter
The 'Feedback received' filter (shown below) allows users to filter viewing attendees based on whether they have provided feedback.
By default, this filter will be set to 'No feedback', so the page will display only items with no feedback logged against them.
Sending viewing feedback to the owner
An 'Email feedback to owner' checkbox is now available when adding feedback. If ticked, a pre-populated email will open, which contains details of the viewing/feedback.
Once sent, the 'Feedback sent to owner' column will be automatically date stamped for reference.
Owners sent feedback filter
The new 'Owners sent feedback' filter (see image above) allows users to track whether feedback has been passed to the owner.
If set to 'Not sent', the page will display feedback items with no date recorded in the 'Feedback sent to owner' column.
Recording contact/private notes
Users can now log contact/private notes against feedback items, for example, details of any failed contact attempts.

'Viewings' page updates
Lead owner details
A 'Lead owner details' column has been added to the Viewings and Viewing feedback pages and displays the lead owner's name and contact telephone number.
Occupier status
Our 'Occupier informed' column allowed users to log whether the occupier of the property had been advised of the viewing. This functionality has been updated and the column renamed 'Occupier status'.
Users now have the option to select 'Occupier informed' or 'Occupier confirmed' as the Occupier status allowing them to track more easily whether the occupier has been informed or if they have confirmed the viewing.
Exempt EPC option
'Exempt' is now available to select as the 'Energy Performance Indicator' for lettings and sales properties.
Previously, users would have to leave this as 'Unknown'.
Adding details of multiple owners when adding a sales appraisal (Estate Agency)
When adding a new sales appraisal, users can now add details of joint owners. Click on the + icon (shown below) to add additional joint owner tabs.
This removes the need to add and link additional owners to the property separately.
Converting an owner/tenant to a potential buyer (Estate Agency)
Users can now convert an owner or tenant record to a potential buyer, saving users from having to re-enter these details manually.
A 'Convert to buyer' option is available in the Action dropdown on the Owners > View owners and Tenants > View tenants pages. Once selected, a new potential buyer record will be created using details from the owner/tenant record.

Offers export (Estate Agency)
A new offers report is available on the Sales > Reports page which details all offers made within a set period. The export includes details of the property, lead buyer and offer.
Updates to the 'Tenant ledger'
Previously, users were advised of a new version of the Tenant ledger, which displays current and past tenancies on separate tabs.
Further updates have been made to this page, allowing users to split transactions, assign rent periods and view rent assigned to future dates.

Update to 'View bank lines' page
The below filter options have been added to the Bank > View bank lines page:
Filter by property - allows users to view bank lines for one specific property.
Filter by - allows users to filter by the type of bank line. For example, users may wish to view only 'Balancing payment' lines or 'Client account' lines.
Existing 'View ignored lines' and 'View unmatched lines' options have moved to the 'Filter by account' dropdown.
