On SME Professional, there are two exports available that pull through information on current tenants. Details of each option can be found below.
1. All tenants
Go to Admin > Exports
Select All tenants
The downloaded spreadsheet will contain information on all tenants (both current and past)
A filter can be placed on the status column if required should users wish to exclude past tenants or tenants of another status
2. Current tenants by property
Go to Admin > Exports
Select Current tenants by property
This spreadsheet will pull through details of your current properties and the tenants currently residing in them
In this export, tenant information is listed per property, so if there is more than one tenant in a property, users will need to scroll to the right to see their details.
