Emails - Setting up internal emailing

Internal emailing, once set up, allows users to generate and send emails directly from their SME Professional system. All sent emails are recorded in Correspondence > View correspondence.

Note: these emails will not appear in the Sent folder within your email account. To receive a copy of all emails sent for your records, please ensure you are BCC'd in the emails before they are sent.

To have your SME Professional system set up with internal emailing, please contact us at [email protected]. A member of our General Support team will then be in touch to advise on the next steps in order to get this enabled.
